Shipping and Handling: We us USPS Standard or UPS for larger orders and ship within the United States, Canada & Australia. Most orders are sent out from our shop within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the size of the order, time of year, and the number of orders that are currently being processing.  All orders must be pre-paid before shipping. New - Flat Rate Shipping on all Orders - $7.95!

 

Payment Options: We gladly accept Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Cedarwood Soaps' secure shopping cart offers the highest security and is safe for all your credit card transactions. We will also be happy to take your order via e-mail. If you choose this option, please provide your phone number so that we can call you to get your credit card information. All orders must be pre-paid before shipping.

Returns: All sales are final.  We want you to be happy, so please ask any questions before ordering to insure your satisfaction.  Due to the nature of our products, no returns, exchanges, or store credits are accepted.
